NICOLE M. NEUFELD ~ FOUNDER, BOARD PRESIDENT

As Founder of Fay's Friends, Nicole's mission is to provide Comfort Bags, Resource Books and other vital supplies and items to families undergoing transplants. Her vision and dedication to helping transplant families through her own journey and experiences led to the Fay's Friends taking flight. Unwavering faith, determination and perserveirance are just a few attributes which have enabled Nicole to overcome and now to provide for others.
Sheila B. Jetton~Texas Coordinator, Texas Children’s Hospital
Tennessee
As the newest member of our board, Sheila is the first to help Fay’s Friends to expand to other cities. Sheila’s background in law enforcement, military and charity programs such as Big Sisters, give her the perfect background to reach out to families and research information needed to allow Fay’s Friends to help transplant families at Texas Children’s Hospital. Sheila’s own beautiful baby girl,Elizabeth awaits transplant there, which gives Sheila added empathy for families going through the same. We welcome Sheila to our board.
SUE & EARL BRAWDY ~ TREASURERS
Central Florida
Sue and Earl are the proud grandparents of Faybree Jane and parents of Nicole. They are a HUGE support system to them both. There is a lot of trust, so this role fits them perfectly. Both have owned their own successful businesses. In his past careers, Earl was Director of Operations at Electronic Data Systems and Vice President of Field Operations at Delta Airlines where he managed multi-million dollar budgets at both. Earl now runs his own business, Mid-Florida Vending, successfully, since he has retired from big business. Their business is a success which will be the key to ours.
KRISTEN E. MURPHY ~ CORPORATE LIASON

This smart and dynamic businesswoman couldn't be more perfect for this role! A friend of the Neufelds, Kristen holds a Bachelors in Communications, Law and Legal Studies, Masters in Business Administration, and hold the following Insurance credentials: Series 6, 63 Cert., Georgia Insurance and Variable Insurance Certification, GA/FL/NC Mortgage Cert. Currently working towards her Contract and Six Sigma Green Belt Certifications, Kristen's determination reached
new heights when she completed the 2005 Chicago Marathon.

A friend of the Neufelds, Natalie quickly took Nicole's vision and swiftly put a plan into action! As owner of Savoir Faire Media, her experience in Marketing and resources in Public Relations will help get the mission of Fay's Friends to the masses. Board member and recognized in 2010 for outstanding acheivement in Volunteerism by Childhelp, the nation's leading child abuse and prevention organization, Natalie has a passion for children. AMANDA J. WIECZOREK ~ RESEARCH COORDINATOR

She is known to Faybree as Double A (Aunt Amanda) and is also Nicole's older sister. Amanda has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and herself has battled Type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent) for 22 years. She understands the complexity of dealing with an incurable disease. The cause of Type1 diabetes is unknown therefore she is constantly researching about causes, effects, medications, cures, and just dealing with the general living day to day with diabetes. Amanda is a member of the American Diabetes Association and looks forward to being involved with another great cause, especially one that supports her niece Faybree.
HAYLEY H. PUTNAM~

As a full time executive assistant at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group and full time mother of two, Haley has to have skills which include being organized, creative as well as a being a planner. It is these skills that make her the perfect candidate for the Hospitality Chair for Fay’s Friends. Hayley is a lifelong friend of the founder of Fay’s Friend and wanted to support the cause in anyway that her skills would allow. We are delighted to have her on board.
CASEY NICHOLSON ~ BOARD MEMBER AT LARGE
Central Virginia
Casey is one of Nicole's Kappa Delta sorority sisters from the University of Georgia. She is our board member who will help fill in the blanks. She comes to us after 10 years of working as a television news anchor and reporter, but childrens' charities have always been close to her heart. She has experience with numerous groups, including the Ronald McDonald House; Big Brothers, Big Sisters; and Junior League to name just a few. Casey is now a full-time stay
at home mom and loves her new job as a "domestic engineer."
KRISTIN KLOCKENGA ~ DELIVERY LIASON
St. Louis, Missouri
Kristin was one of the many nurses that took care of Faybree before her double lung transplants in the NICU at SLCH. The Neufeld's and Kristin instantly became close friends and still stay in touch and visit each other often. Kristin knows first hand what these families go through, so she agreed to be the person to deliver a Fay's Friends "comfort bag" and hopes it will bring a smile to their faces.
